How We Share Information

• With Partner Organizations: We may share limited information (enrollment and attendance data only, when necessary) with schools, libraries, and government partners to coordinate programs. Partner organizations are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• With Staff & Volunteers: Basin Tech Explorers staff and volunteers have access to information needed to support student learning and safety. All staff sign confidentiality agreements.
• For Emergency & Safety: If a child is in danger, we may share information with law enforcement, emergency services, or other authorities as required by law.
• Student Portfolios: Student projects or work are only publicly shared with explicit written permission from parents/guardians. When shared, students are identified by first name and last initial only.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do NOT sell student data to third parties.
• We do NOT share data for marketing or advertising purposes.
• We do NOT use children's information to build advertising profiles.
• We do NOT post student photos or identifying information on social media without permission.
• We do NOT share contact information with other organizations for recruitment or solicitation.
